Human ear fine ink study
FinelinerChallenging

One open human hand in an oblique palm view, exactly five digits including one opposable thumb, naturally spaced fingers and visible wrist. Practice form, overlap and selective shading in black and gray marker.
Block in the palm and wrist as connected masses.
Attach four fingers and the thumb with clear joints.
Use selective interior marks and local shadow groups to explain the overlaps. Keep the lighter planes open rather than shading every surface.
A small thing to tryCount the five digits and check the thumb attachment before shading.
