Your saved ideas stay in your browser

When you bookmark a drawing, its catalog identifier is stored in local browser storage. This collection stays on this device and isn’t sent to an account or a server. You can remove individual ideas using their bookmarks or clear the collection by clearing this site’s browser data.

Your appearance preference

Your light, dark, or system theme choice is saved in this browser. System follows your device’s appearance setting. This preference is not sent to a server, and you can change it from the header or phone menu at any time.

Search and filters

The reference library is searched in your browser. Search terms and filters may appear in the page address so you can reopen or share a filtered view. Like any address, these parameters can be included in browser history and hosting request logs.

No account, advertising, or tracking scripts

This version of Things to Draw has no account registration, advertising scripts, analytics trackers, or newsletter form. Fonts and drawing images are served with the site.

Saving files and sharing

Selecting Save reference stores an image file on your device. Bookmarking an idea keeps it in your browser’s saved collection. The copy buttons use your browser’s clipboard only when you select them. They do not send a message or publish anything on your behalf.
