Rocket fine ink study

One complete small rocket in three-quarter view, pointed nose, cylindrical body, one circular porthole and three fins accounted for by overlap, no flame. Practice structure, perspective and developed values in fine ink.

A way into the drawing

1. Establish the main shapes

Draw the long body axis and tapered nose.

2. Connect the structure

Attach the visible fins and place the porthole on the body.

3. Develop the drawing

Resolve the connected planes and overlaps, then build layered details and a full range of local values. Preserve clear paper highlights.

A small thing to tryAlign the porthole with the cylindrical body surface.
