Motorcycle fine ink study

One complete compact motorcycle in side three-quarter view, exactly two wheels, frame, fuel tank, seat, handlebar and visible engine block. Practice form, overlap and selective shading in fine ink.

A way into the drawing

1. Establish the main shapes

   Place the two wheels and main frame direction.

2. Connect the structure

   Fit the tank, seat and engine between the wheels.

3. Develop the drawing

   Use selective interior marks and local shadow groups to explain the overlaps. Keep the lighter planes open rather than shading every surface.
