Two filled cannoli

A study of two cannoli with rolled shells, cream folds and a few chocolate chips on textured paper. Lay out two short cylinders at different angles with one overlapping the other.

1. Establish the main forms

   Lay out two short cylinders at different angles with one overlapping the other.

2. Build the structure

   Curl the pastry seams around each tube and shape the visible cream at the ends.

3. Develop selected details

   Add a few chocolate chips and gray accents inside the openings and overlaps.
